Analytics tools and consent

We use Google Analytics 4 in combination with Google Consent Mode v2.

Data protection safeguards

• Google Analytics does not store or log IP addresses. Cookieless pings may include IP address as part of normal HTTP communication.
• Google Analytics retention is configured in our Analytics settings. Microsoft Clarity retains recordings for 30 days, and heatmaps (plus favourited/labeled sessions) for up to 13 months.
• We do not use analytics data to identify individual users.
• Session recordings from Microsoft Clarity may automatically mask sensitive fields.
• We do not use cookies to display third-party advertisements on our site or to run remarketing / ad personalisation campaigns.
